1. Initial Conversation

We start with a relaxed conversation to understand your goals, budget range, timeline, and how you want to live in your new home. This helps us confirm whether we’re the right fit before moving forward.

2. Design Direction & Budget Alignment

We work with you to develop the overall design direction and align it with your budget expectations. This stage ensures everyone is on the same page before detailed planning begins.


So expectations are clear early.

3. Pre-Construction Agreement

Once the design direction and budget are aligned, we enter a Pre-Construction Agreement.


During this phase, we:


  • Finalize plans and complete site testing.
     
  • Confirm specifications.
     
  • Develop a detailed, accurate fixed price.
     
  • Establish a realistic construction timeline.
     

This step gives you full clarity on scope, cost, and timing before committing to construction.


So you can make an informed, confident decision with no surprises.

4. Fixed-Price Construction Contract

With all details finalized, we enter into a fixed-price construction contract and begin building your home. We manage all trades and details while keeping you informed through regular updates and 24/7 access to your online client portal.


So you stay informed without managing the project.

5. Orientation Tour & Ongoing Support

 At completion, we walk through your new home together and remain available after your orientation tour. Your home is backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty.


So you can enjoy your home knowing we stand behind it.
